How to order

Remarks

All content are presently in Japanese except for "How to Do Business with Japanese" which is supplied in VHS (NTSC) in English.

However, because of the globalization, we now receive a growing number of requests to supply our content in other languages, thus hastening us to open this bilingual site.

In reply to such requests, we'd like to start providing our content in other languages, first in English by using e-learning through the internet (ASP/SaaS), based on the demands in overseas countries.

Therefore, if you'd like to use our content in English, please inform with the your estimated number of users by using our Inquiry form.

This "BISCUE e-Learning ASP/SaaS with translation service to English" will be available depending on the number of our prospected users to the title of our e-learning course. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will inform the availability of your requested course with an expected time of supply.

About the inquiries from the Least Developed Countries (LDC) and Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC) defined by the United Nations, we would be giving a special consideration to the inquiries as our modest contribution to the global society.

Regarding the products, we will supply as follows.

Steps to order

Please order according to the following steps.

  1. Select the titles and medias you'd like and input the number of units or IDs.

    • Media

      You can select from e-Learning, Movie on Mobile, Test on Mobile, DVD or VHS.
      Refer to the Guide for more details.

    • Number of units or IDs

      See the following guideline and determine the number.

      • e-Learning: 1 ID for 1 user. For BISCUE LS, contact us for more details.
      • Movie on Mobile Download version: Per 5 users.
      • Movie on Mobile CD version: Per 1 user.
      • Test on Mobile: Per 20 users.
      • Business DVD: Viewed by stand-alone PCs or DVD players. If used on network, a network licence is required.
      • Business Video: Same as Business DVD

  2. On completing above, click "Add to Cart" to proceed.

  3. When you finish selecting all content, click "Cart" and confirm the details of your order.
    You can adjust the number of units or IDs and/or titles in the Cart.
    Whenever you adjust, be sure to click "Recalculate."

  4. After rechecking your order, click "Go to Checkout."
    Details of your order will appear for your confirmation. Reconfirm the details and click "Submit Order".

  5. Order confirmation will be sent to your mail address. Please confirm again.
    In case you receive no confirmation mail from us, you may have troubles in data transmission.
    Please order again or contact us by phone or e-mail.
    (Order confirmation mail will be dispatched on the same day on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00.)

Delivery

Shipping charges

Domestic shipping charges for DVD, CD and VHS are free.
For orders from overseas countries, the shipping charges will be added separately.

Time of Delivery

Content will be delivered on the following schedule.
Shipping advice or setting-up notice will be sent to you by email.

  • e-Learning: Set up within 1 week upon receipt of payment
  • Movie on Mobile Download version: Same as above
  • Test on Mobile: Same as above
  • Movie on Mobile CD version: Shipped within approx. 1 week from the order
  • Business DVD: Same as above
  • Business Video: Shipped immediately or within approx. 1 week if no stock is available

For the orders from overseas countries, content will be shipped or set up after our receipt of payment.

Payment

Payment procedure

For the following, please remit upon your receipt of products. A debit note will be included in the package.

  • Movie on Mobile CD version
  • Business DVD
  • Business Video

Regarding the following, a debit note will be sent to you by email. Upon receipt of your payment, we will set up.

  • e-Learning
  • Movie on Mobile Download version
  • Test on Mobile

For the orders from overseas countries, content will be shipped or set up after our receipt of payment.

  • different name or date to appear on the debit note

please inform your requirements with your order.
If you need the registration of our company as a supplier, we will process accordingly.

Remittance

Please remit to one of the following accounts.

Refund and return or replacement of products

For e-Learning ASP/SaaS, Movie on Mobile Download version, Test on Mobile, we will refund upon receipt of your cancellation except for the following cases. In case of refund, all remittance charges will be borne by you.

  • In case you cancel after 5 days from the date of our notice of ID and password.
  • In case you have already used our services.

In case Movie on Mobile CD version, Business DVD and/or Business Video have product defects, they will be replaced by the new ones except for the following cases.

  • In case the products are damaged by your misuse.
  • In case your notification to us arrives after one week of the arrival of the products.
  • In case you have opened the sealed packages.

If you want to change the products with your own reason, the shipping charges will be borne by you.
