Only when remitted through Japan Post Bank Co., Ltd., Furikae account, the remittance charges will be borne by us.

All communication expenses such as of telephone lines, internet providers and packets will be borne by the customer.

Delivery:

In case of e-Learning ASP, LS, Movie on Mobile Download version and Test on Mobile, IDs and passwords will be issued upon our receipt of payment.

In case of Movie on Mobile CD version, Business DVD and Business Video, the products will be sent upon completion.

In case of orders from overseas customers, the products will be shipped upon our receipt of payment.

Refund:

For e-Learning ASP, Movie on Mobile Download version, Test on Mobile, we will refund upon receipt of the customer's cancellation except the following cases.

• In case the customer cancels after 5 days from the date of our notice of ID and password.
• In case the customer has already used our services.

All remittance charges related to refund will be borne by the customer.

Refund and return or replacement of products:

In case Movie on Mobile CD version, Business DVD and/or Business Video have product defects, they will be replaced by the new ones except for the following cases.

• In case the products are damaged by misuse of the customer.
• In case the notification to us arrives after one week of the arrival of the products.
• In case the customer has opened the sealed packages.

If the customer wants to change the products with their own reason, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
