BISCUE Fixed-Fee Learning Package facilitates the company to pre-select e-learning courses suited for their use and allow their employees or designated users to take courses on demand.

Fixing all courses and users at the time of contract is no longer necessary. Just list up appropriate courses for your company and let your employees select them as they like.

You can determine the mandatory courses every user is required to take.

Service Concept

Fixed-Fee Learning Package provides the users with their option to select courses as necessary, while keeping the training policy of the company.
Users can select courses when they need instead of choosing courses at the start.

When using the plan, only 3 points are to be determined.

  • Pre-selected courses  :  Which courses of BISCUE e-Learning to be selected and put on the menu.
  • Courses to take  :  Up to how many courses users can take when they need.
  • Mandatory courses  :  Mandatory courses to be determined if necessary.

You can change any of the above later.

e-Learning Fixed-Fee Learning Package

Following is a recommended standard scheme of the Plan, which can be modified later.

  • Courses on the list: 100 courses (standard)
  • Courses to be taken: 20 courses per user
  • Mandatory courses : none
  • Term for use  :  The users are allowed to take each course during the contract term.
  • Learning management  :  The administrator can view the learners' status by using their ID.
  • Term of contract  :  1 year

Service Flow

The service flow will be as follows.

  1. Select 100 courses from the list of BISCUE e-Learning.
    • The standard selection of 100 courses is available.
    • As an option, you can increase the number of courses.
  2. IDs and Passwords will be issued.
  3. Users by using IDs and Passwords can select up to X number of courses (such as 20 courses) as they like.
    • During the contract term, users can select anytime.
    • The company can determine the mandatory courses.
    • The number of courses for users to select can be either increased or decreased.
  4. Users will take the courses.
    • Users can take the courses any number of times during the term of contract.
