Steps to order

Please order according to the following steps.

  1. Select the titles and medias you'd like and input the number of units or IDs.

  2. Order confirmation will be sent to your mail address. Please confirm again.
    In case you receive no confirmation mail from us, you may have troubles in data transmission.
    Please order again or contact us by phone or e-mail.
    (Order confirmation mail will be dispatched on the same day on weekdays between 9:00am and 5:00pm


Payment procedure

An Invoice will be sent to you by email. Upon receipt of your payment, we will set up IDs and passwords for your use.

Debit note

In case you need

  • your original forms for payment
  • registered seal of our representative
  • different name or date to appear on the invoice

please include any requirements with your order.
If you need the registration of our company as a supplier, we will process accordingly.

For e-Learning, we will refund upon receipt of your cancellation except for the following cases. In case of refund, all remittance charges will be borne by you.

  • In case you cancel after 5 days from the date of our notice of ID and password.
  • In case you have already used our services.
